Late arrival is possible – simply let us know in advance.
Pets: dogs are welcome.
Smoking: smoking is only permitted outdoors in publicly accessible areas.
Visitors are only permitted on request!
Cancellation conditions
Sometimes plans change – and we completely understand that.
So that you know exactly where you stand, here are the most important points:
- Up to 3 months before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, 40% of the total booking price will be charged.
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, 70% will be charged.
- During the final week before arrival, 90% of the booking price will be charged.
- In the case of early departure, the full stay will be charged.
Trip cancellation protection
To avoid any costs in the event of cancellation, delayed arrival or early departure, we recommend taking out travel insurance.
The Europäische Reiseversicherung offers a simple option for this.
