To confirm your booking, we ask for a deposit of 30% upon booking confirmation.

Payment on site is possible by cash, bank transfer, Bancomat (Mastercard) or credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
 

Cancellation conditions

Sometimes plans change – and we completely understand that.
So that you know exactly where you stand, here are the most important points:

• Up to 3 months before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
• From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, 40% of the total booking price will be charged.
• From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, 70% will be charged.
• During the final week before arrival, 90% of the booking price will be charged.

Trip cancellation protection

To avoid any costs in the event of cancellation, delayed arrival or early departure, we recommend taking out travel insurance.
The Europäische Reiseversicherung offers a simple option for this.
